Benni (Supreme Ch Armahani Heliodorr Hulivili (AI) ET) was representing the Finnish Lapphunds at the Tasmanian Contest of Champions last night.
Like the other  "top dog" nights across the country, judging is done by three judges, with knock out rounds judged in pairs.
Judged by Wendy Baker (SA), Jill McDonald (Vic) & Roger Bridgeford (Vic), it was pretty amazing to keep getting the messages to say Benni had won his round and was through to the next.
He eventually finished in the top 4 dogs, only losing when he drew the eventual winner for his round.
Huge congratulations Rachael and Benni!  As always you make an awesome team!

I've been fairly slack of late with updating our news.  But over the last few weeks, the three Moonstone pups to be shown have hit the ring.

All three have debuted with a Baby Puppy in Group award.

Darcy (Armahani Moonstone Mahti (AI)) was first, earning Best Baby in Group at Kilmore Kennel Club on Friday  21 February.

Liina (Armahani Moonstone Movtta (AI)) quickly followed with Best Baby Puppy in Group at the Tasmanian Kennel Club on 22 February.

And then today was Zarhni (Armahani Moonstone Mainnas (AI))'s turn, with Best Baby Puppy in Group at the Berwick All Breeds Kennel Club.

Young Slinky (Ch Armahani Iolite Ihana (AI) HT ET JC WPD FD) has her flyball debut at the Canberra Royal Show this weekend and earned her FD (Flyball Dog) title.
