I had long been planning / hoping to finally keep a girl puppy at home from Piper's litter. As grand-pups of Baby and great grand-pups of Louis and Emmi, it was a litter very close to my heart.

I was spoilt for choice with 5 girls in the litter, which seemed a great thing at first, but became excruciating when making that final decision. Particularly when it was down to the final two. Many tears were spent as I second guessed myself again and again.

Milou (a name which is a combination of Emmi and Louis) had captured me from the moment I started putting them on the table at about 4 weeks of age, with just lovely balanced conformation. She wasn't the flashiest pup in the litter, but the most correct, ideal for both my future breeding, and the demands an active sports career would put on her body (critical for me). Training wise she was also the pup who most easily switched back and forth between good and toy drive.

And so Milou has stayed here at Armahani and will be joining all of my adventures, in the show ring at first, and then where ever her aptitude and training takes her.
