Both a specialty and Crufts BOB and BOS winner, his qualities have been recognised both locally, and by Finnish specialists. I met Rev in the UK in 2007, and he just delighted me with his conformation, showmanship and cheeky attitude. I also had the pleasure of meeting his sire on the same occasion, who was also delightfully naughty! As well as his sweet and lovely dam. For a long time I had been thinking of trying to get access to Rev's lines. At one stage I was seriously talking to a breeder about importing one of his grand-pups. But through a sequence of conversations, in 2010 was convinced to speak to Elaine of Glenchess Kennels about the possibility of bringing in his semen directly. I was thrilled to pieces when she agreed. There followed a very rapid sequence of events as Elaine jumped into motion. My importing experiences have never been so easy, and I can't thank her enough for the enormous effort she went to to enable a piece of Rev to make it across the sea. Rev is a very solid, typey wolf sable Lappie, with a beautiful tedy bear head and a fabuous coat. He has a reputation of being a beautiful moving dog, and I am very excited about adding his qualities to my breeding program. Rev is the sire of our Heliodor litter. |
