Scribble was the little brown girl, born from the joint litter between Articmal and Armahani Kennels, and jointly owned with Amanda and Ben Helps of Cuebiyar Kennels in NSW. She was the puppy known affectionately as Chestnut (the English translation of her Finnish Name Kastanja) before she was named by Amanda and Ben.

Scribble was always such a beautiful little puppy, and very quickly earned the reputation as also being the naughtiest puppy in the bunch. Busy, regularly up to mischief, never still, and yet very very sweet, it is very hard not to fall in love with this little monster. She is a delightfully balanced puppy, with a beautiful feminine head.

Amanda and Ben have been waiting for their second Lappie for a long time, and we were delighted to be able to offer them their first girl Lappie. She is living with them in NSW where they will be showing her alongside their boy Meeko, and we are sure they will be making us very proud.

Scribble is from the first litter by a girl we owned jointly for a couple of years, Kya (Watersedge Tru Diamond (IID)), herself from the first imported in dam Finnish Lapphund litter in Australia, and a lovely girl with some beautiful Lapphunds in her pedigree.

Her sire is the stunning young brown import from Sweden, Tarka (Fjällfarmens Ummiko (Imp Swd)) owned by Magpielane Kennels. I got to see Tarka for the first time when he was about 15 weeks old and only just arrived in Melbourne Quarantine, and just completely fell in love with him.

We are really looking forward to posting up lots of news about Scribble's success in the show ring, and wish Amanda and Ben every success with her.
