Scribble was the little brown girl, born from the joint litter between Articmal and Armahani. She was the puppy known affectionately as Chestnut (the English translation of her Finnish Name Kastanja) before she was named by Amanda and Ben Helps of of Cuebiyar Kennels in NSW, where she lived until personal circumstances meant they needed to downsize their kennels.

Scribble was always such a beautiful little puppy, and very quickly earned the reputation as also being the naughtiest puppy in the bunch. Busy, regularly up to mischief, never still, and yet very very sweet, it is very hard not to fall in love with this little monster. She was a delightfully balanced puppy, with a beautiful feminine head.

While at Cuebiyar, Scribble was successfully titled to her Australian Championship by Amanda and Ben, winning a number of class in group awards along the way. After a while back at Articmal Kennels, we needed to find her a new "forever home" and Cassie Howard, of Ausvarg Swedish Vallhunds was quick to put up her hand. Scribble, was co-owed by myself and Cassie, and had a beautiful litter at Ausvarg. However, after an emergency caesarian, she was desexed, and now lives a life of pampered luxary as a beloved pet of the Howard household.

Scribble is from the first litter by a girl I also owned jointly for a couple of years, Kya (Watersedge Tru Diamond (IID)), herself from the first imported in dam Finnish Lapphund litter in Australia, and a lovely girl with some beautiful Lapphunds in her pedigree.

Her sire is the stunning young brown import from Sweden, Tarka (Fjällfarmens Ummiko (Imp Swd)) owned by Magpielane Kennels. I got to see Tarka for the first time when he was about 15 weeks old and only just arrived in Melbourne Quarantine, and just completely fell in love with him.
