Emmi is my dream come true! A simply gorgeous example of a female Finnish Lapphund (and one cheeky girl!), I am still pinching myself that she is really mine. She arrived in Australia from Finland in early February 2006 and is the foundation bitch for Armahani Kennels. She continues to have a hugely successful show career.

Tanssija, which is the Finnish translation of the name Dancer by which she was known while here at Armahani, was one of the gorgeous girls out of my first litter. Looking so much like her mum, as the pups grew she quickly caught the eye of Kit Brillinger of Calaban Kennels in the USA. We hope that in a generation or two a descendent of Tanssija will return to Australia.

A real surprise package, I think she will be a beautiful example of just how gorgeous a cream Lappie can be. She has the lovliest temperament and is a very special soul. She lives in Victoria with Michelle, who will not only be showing her, but also involving her in lots of other doggie activities, and we hope she gets to be a Delta dog one day.
